Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FireReach service available at app.firereach.com (the "Service"), operated by FireReach ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
FireReach is a workflow automation platform designed to assist professionals with outbound research and communication. Our Service provides features including:
- Company Research: Aggregating and analyzing public company data.
- Contact Discovery: Finding professional contact information.
- AI Content Generation: Using artificial intelligence to draft emails and summaries.
- Email Automation: Facilitating the sending of emails through your connected Gmail account.
FireReach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Use of the Service is subject to Google's terms and policies for third-party access to Gmail data.
Accounts and Access
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- All activity under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.
Google Account Connection
By connecting your Google account, you grant FireReach permission to access specific Gmail functions (gmail.send, gmail.compose, gmail.modify) solely for the purpose of providing our automation features. You may disconnect your account at any time via our settings or your Google Account permissions.
Credits and Usage Limits
Certain features of the Service (such as Research and Discovery) are limited by a "Credits" system.
- Credits is the internal currency used to measure usage.
- We reserve the right to modify credit allocations, limits, and usage costs at any time.
- Unused credits may expire or rollover according to the specific plan terms active at the time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Spam: Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws. All outreach must be professional and compliant.
- Illegal Use: Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Scraping: Attempt to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond allowed API or interface limits.
- Interference: Disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts found violating anti-spam policies or acceptable use guidelines.
AI and Content Disclaimers
- AI Generation: Content generated by our AI features (powered by Google Gemini) is for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated text before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated information.
- Deliverability: We do not guarantee email deliverability rates, as these depend on various factors outside our control (e.g., recipient filters, domain reputation).
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software of the Service are owned by FireReach. You retain ownership of your customer data (contacts, emails). We grant you a limited license to use the Service for internal business purposes.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers like Google (Gmail, Gemini) and RocketReach (for data). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireReach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
